This is a nice looking refrigerator/freezer combo but there are some serious shortcomings. First, the stainless steel is non-magnetic so forget refrigerator magnets for you kid's artwork. Second - and this is really annoying - is the way fingerprints are attracted to the doors. Over the past 15 years I have bought stainless steel refrigerators from Samsung and Kenmore, both of which repelled fingerprints and both were magnetic._x000D_ _x000D_ The refrigerator and freezer both have two shelves and they really need three. And of course, I cannot find a way of buying additional shelves. _x000D_ _x000D_ Both the refrigerator and freezer have sliding drawers in the middle and the bottom, neither of which are conveniently located. The drawers don't move smoothly. _x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, I give these an average rating and I think they are terribly overpriced. You are buying style, not substance. If you want a quality product, get the more conventional double door and freezer from Samsung.

My experience with Electrolux is steadily becoming a worse and worse experience, so that I have downgraded my rating to one start. It is truly a shame because they could have owned the market for these single door refrigerators/freezers. After purchasing an extra shelf (they only provide two when three is the right number) I received an order confirmation and nothing else for the past 10 days. Repeated calls to the number provided on the order confirmation go unanswered for days. And then, when I finally contacted someone (not at the number they provided 800-599-7569, but at their actual number, 877-435-3287) I was advised the shelf would not ship for another two and a half months. Had I not called, I would never know. Do not expect any help or communication from Electrolux. Be forewarned - you will be unhappy if you purchase one of these units.

This fridge is GORGEOUS!  We just did a full kitchen renovation, and this fridge is the absolute perfect centerpiece for it.  We decided to put cabinets and floating shelves between the fridge and freezer and I love the way they look separated, it draws even more attention to these beauties.  They look sleek, clean and modern.  The trim kits complete the high end appearance and look perfect in any kitchen, even the most upscale._x000D_ _x000D_ As for function, this fridge is so well designed!  The inside is a darker charcoal which makes it look more modern and clean.  It is HUGE - it holds so much stuff.  But I have had some fridges in the past that hold a ton but you can't find anything because they are so deep.  The way the shelves and drawers are laid out make it so that everything is easily accessible and can be viewed quickly, while still holding a ton.  It's the perfect combination!_x000D_ Some of my favorite features: _x000D_ -There is a crisper drawer that includes a built in filter (it says its an ethylene absorber) so that you keep your foods fresh.  I don't really understand the technology, but what I do know is that my strawberries stay fresh way longer!  As someone whose family eats a TON of fruit, this is so great for us._x000D_ -The shelves are very easy to adjust.  I can quickly change the layout if I need to put in bigger products._x000D_ -There is a hidden filtered water dispenser right inside the door - perfect!_x000D_ -The doors hold SO much stuff.  You can hold multiple gallons of milk on one shelf alone, which frees up the rest of the fridge.  These are also very easy to adjust if you get a bigger bottle or container.  They also have dividers on the shelves so that your salad dressings aren't tipping over when you open the door._x000D_ _x000D_ Overall, this fridge is incredibly well thought out in every aspect.  It's gorgeous, well designed to fit food but be convenient, easily customizable shelves, and has an awesome crisper. We are so thrilled with our new fridge and it is an absolute dream.  I highly recommend it if you want the perfect balance of looks, function and convenience!

This Electrolux refrigerator and freezer are the way to go. They look amazing and run great (very quiet). We love that the refrigerator and freezer are two separate units, but no one can tell. The trim kit ties it all together. We had the previous version in our last house, and the upgrades are great. The water dispenser on the interior of the refrigerator is a high end touch, and the new ice maker is perfectly designed with two separate ice bins so you never run out.

One word to describe this new refrigerator/freezer combo is “Wow”. So very nice. We are coming from a Samsung “Smart” refrigerator. I liked the controls and the screen on it but I can give them up for this. The size is awesome. We have up to 11 people in our house at any given time plus other friends and family and having this much space is awesome. We have 2 freezers and another refrigerator in the basement and might be able to get rid of one of the freezers with this much space. The design is so nice. I thought I would miss the ice and water dispenser in the front but not at all. We love the slick and simple design of the combo from the outside. We tore out a wall in the kitchen to make room this new combo due to the width. It is also not as deep as our other one so it looks much better in the kitchen. Because it’s so much bigger, the depth is not as big of a deal. The controls are easy to use as well. So far we have been very pleased with this new addition to our kitchen.

Excellent quality, sleek and clean design! Perfect combination with matched 19 CF freezer (see pic). Ample shelving and storage bins. Inside water dispenser facilitates the sleek appearance of the outside door panel. Very quiet operation. Plan to construct surround cabinet which can easily be done by removing the trim kit that is held on by magnets. This is all and more than we expected! We couldn't be any happier with the appearance and functionality of our Electrolux refrigerator!

We just had the Electrolux single door refrigerator installed with the matching freezer and love it! It looks amazing and the features of the inside are great. The water dispenser on the inside keeps the outside looking nice and clean. The size of the inside is perfect so you aren’t constantly digging to find items in the back of the shelf. Very impressed!

We have the paired set of Electrolux columns. They have been in use for 2.5 years. Like many others, we now have a freon leak on the fridge side and are debating if we fix or throw the whole thing away. On a 1-hour hold with Electrolux customer service now.

If I could give a 0 to customer service I would! This refrigerator stopped working within a few weeks of using it. I spent over 3 weeks waiting for parts and a technician to repair. The repair parts did not fix the refrigerator so a replacement has to be sent. Electrolux then says it will be another 7 days just to approve the replacement! This will be a month or longer without a refrigerator and Electrolux has no interest in helping their customers.

First, customer service is a joke. After holding for almost an hour you get someone who has no clue. Our refrigerator unit (freezer is actually great), quit working in December, barley 2 yo. Techs came out 3 times to no avail. Do not buy these units. Customer service is awful and the product (refrigerator) is apparently, JUNK.
