Refrigerator was broken when received and they tried to fix it but the fix didn't work and they refuse to replace the unit. Customer service was disappointing at best, never buy Electrolux. They claim to be a high end brand but they don't back up their product.

Item was shipped damaged but we were denied claim because it wasn’t reported within 7 days of arrival. This was a new build and we didn’t even know it was damaged until we saw it for the first time and opened the door which was after the 7 days. A brand new house with a brand new refrigerator that was sent damaged. Electrolux refused to help.

Door is very weak and can't hold much. Keeps falling off. Cheap plastic hinges desintegrated.

We purchased our 19 Cu. Ft. Electrolux freezer in May 2021. Since that time, we’ve had 3 complete spoilages of all the freezer contents due to the door not securing properly. The first time it happened, I attributed it to user (that would be me) failure of not closing the door properly which caused everything to defrost into a complete stinky mess. Threw out everything and repurchased all new product. The second time it happened, I attributed it to the flimsy mis-aligned bottom drawer that made the door not seal, which caused another stinky mess. Out goes everything, repurchased all new food. I put a huge sign on the freezer front “DOUBLE CHECK DOOR!!” Since I’m the only one in the freezer, you’d think I’d know to check the door seal each time without a big sign, right?? Well, that didn’t work, as we just had a third incident yesterday. I pulled out food the day before and did the usual double check the seal when closing, it felt secure….it wasn’t!! Yesterday, I went to pull out food for dinner and the door had NOT sealed and was ajar all night. The temperature was 46 degrees with the HIGH TEMP sign lit up. Too late….everything is spoiled once again!! For a $3,000 freezer, this thing is a piece of crap. My old freezer had a magnetic seal that actually sucked the door closed to the point it was difficult to open again just after closing. This door does not have that technology….it just doesn’t have a good sealing function. My cost of food spoilage is now approaching what I paid for this tub of stainless steel. I ordered a freezer alarm in the hopes that will alert me when the temp rises in the freezer AGAIN and I’m positive it WILL happen again! I sure regret this purchase!!

We’ve had problems with this fridge since getting it. warrenty is poor. Temperature variations, inaccurate temperature settings, Freon leak, disintegration of door seal after only 3 years. Now I’m facing a compressor replacement that may cost upwards of $800. Would never recommend.

Both the refrigerator and freezer are great. We had a hard time finding a replacement for our Subzero that would fit into our cabinets. I talked to a local appliance repair person and he recommended I looked at Electrolux. So, we did and couldn't be happier. My daughter loves the ease of use for ice and water. My wife loves the look of it and performance. And what makes me happy is their happiness. Plus, easy to install. What a great win!

Love the look of our new fridge. So easy to get to everything inside. Love the door organization and the drawers. I would highly recommend!
