Absolute junk, I am waiting for my third one to arrive within a year. Electrolux has the worst customer service and warranty. I have been without a refrigerator for months. After the repairman deemed it unrepairable Electrolux kept delaying doing anything. I would call them every few days and they would just say we are escalating it. Finally they say they will replace it. However they could not find a replacement local. I told them I could order one from their website and have it shipped and they say they cannot do that. So after weeks they say they will do a 100% buyback which is bs. I paid $3000 but they are pro rating so I will not be getting much back. I have had to go out and buy another one on my own. I had to buy the same unit because I have the freezer. I am still waiting for the buyback offer. I sent them everything they requested and get a email saying they received. was supposed to have a pro rated refund sent within 7-10 business days. I do not get anything, so I have to call back in and go through everything again and resend documents again. Now they say another 7-10 business days. Customer service keeps saying its processing and then they say they will escalate. I cannot stress enough about how bad this company is when it comes to their customers. If I could do it over I would buy a better appliance. Customer service is in another country and they cannot or will not help. You can't even make a complaint. Stay away from Electrolux. I know this review will not do me any good as they don't care but hopefully it will save a customer the headache and steer them away from Electrolux.

The all refrigerator is only one of the very few available. Seemed to meet our wishes so we bought it. It is very nice look, good space and lighting, and is quiet. HOWEVER, it was poorly designed inside. Think Boeing for refrigerators. I have spent hours with service calls and trying to get Electrolux to remedy the issues, but they are like the promise of AI. End the end after months of complaining to them (since day 1) I finally sent them details of all the little problems and asked them for a lifetime or extended warranty as we expect significant operational problem from this product. Poor design, poor manufacturing, poor customer care.

Our new all-refrigerator is perfect for our family...we love fresh fruit and vegetables and there is plenty of room for them in our full refrigerator with no freezer.

Refrigerator lasted less than 4 years before it needed $1100 repair to replace the evaporator and heat exchanger.

There was a missing glass panel under the drawer in the refrigerator. I photographed it, and my retailer said that they will be shipping one to me._x000D_ This should have been checked before the refrigerator was shipped.

I bought this because I have an Electrolux stand alone freezer that I've had for about 12 years with no problems. After researching bot commercial and residential units I chose this for its features and its warranty.

We bought this refrigerator with the companion freezer and trim kit. Within six months, the refrigerator went out and would not work. We had it repaired seven or eight times and the refrigerator was finally deemed to be irreparable after four months of repairs. It took two more months for Electrolux to make it right and give us a gift card to replace the product. In the meantime (6 months total) we had no refrigerator and had to spend more money to buy a second fridge to house our food. Electrolux does not stand behind their shoddy product. Run away from this product as fast as you can!!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed the new refrigerator. It is beautiful and elegant. We like the water features and the shelf combination. We purchased it along with the freezer to make it a combo.

My family built a custom home and chose the Electrolux towers for our kitchen (in addition to the dishwasher and 36" induction range). I have only inspected the appliances but love how they look in our kitchen. I am so glad we chose NOT to include the trim kit. These units are already SS showpieces... No need to amp up the metal in our opinion. We are looking forward to the additional storage space. I love the double ice bin feature in the freezer!
