The freezer was creating ice within 24 hours after it was delivered. The technician found a faulty door liner. Should not have to have this kind of problem within one day after delivery.

I've had this upright freezer for a little over a month and I couldn't be happier. I bought this to replace a chest freezer and food was going to waste because I couldn't find it. Now I have room for bins inside, there's a large wire bin/basket in the bottom, and roomy shelves on the door. Speaking of the door, I love that you can have it open either way. The soft green light eminates from the bottom to let you know it's working and it's easy to clean. Most of all I am happy with the large size. It actually sits taller than my old refrigerator in the garage.

I bought this because my old Frigidaire freezer was not frost free, it was still working great, over 30 years old !!!!!!!!!

I am replacing my 20 year old freezer which was shorter. This one is taller and shelving is more shallow. I don’t like the shelves because they do not have a lip like my old freezer. I was able to stack more food and off shaped things because that lip kept things from falling out. Watch your toes as the frozen block of hamburger meat falls off the shelf. Come on, Frigidaire...you cheaped out.

Needed a freezer due to the garden getting bigger. Nice size, not too heavy to move around. More room inside then it looks like outside. This one seems like a keeper.
