Our freezer quickly filled and with shelves organized according to kind (meat, chicken, dairy, vegetables) allowing the refrigerator items to be visible. A great feature of the freezer is the LED light at the base to let you know the freezer is working without opening the door. The freezer is an excellent buy.

We have had this freezer for several weeks and it has been a great value. it is efficient and fits in the space we had. The lights in the unit are very bright and its easy to see the items on the shelf. Shelves are wide and deep so items stack well. the door is capable of being reversed so it will fit in any location.

I've had my upright freezer for about 3 weeks now and it's spacious and easy to organize. Has great features like the alarm if you have door open too long and the green light at bottom so you know it's working.

We bought this in a hurry to replace a broken one we had. Only one we could find in the area. Glad to have it. Works great. Only complaint I have is it should have a door lock,

Our less than three year old Whirlpool freezer went out at Thanksgiving. Over $1,000 to repair and we did not purchase the extended warranty when we bought it. Saddened at the lack of customer service from Whirlpool,needing a replacement freezer and having spent a lot of time investigating a replacement, we purchased this model. Delivered in 5 days, slightly smaller than the previous freezer, it has been great so far. We did purchase the extended warranty this time around. Fingers crossed! Our first freezer (Kenmore) lasted 28 years and we have high hopes for this one.

We had the other one for almost 20 years, it was a manual defrost. Hopefully in our hurricane area, this one will keep cold enough so we don't loose any food.

So far I'm happy with the freezer, no problems. Hopefully it will be problem free for many years to come.
