Brought this over a month ago. Plugged it in and let it run. All was fine till we switched the door to open on the right side. Now have frost on inside along top- seal at top has a gap. Have tried to pull seal out so it truly seals, but later seal had collapsed back to small gap. Very disappointed.

Only had a couple of weeks and the inside top is all frosted up. Service person coming today to look at it.

I purchased this freezer one month ago and it has been so nice having the added freezer space. My wife and I feel secure in knowing we have plenty on “reserves” on hand. Excellent value at this price point. Ample space with awesome features make for an excellent purchase. I have recommended this freezer to all who will listen!

Bought it a week ago and it's doing fine. Set temp to recommended and it cooled to 3*F.
