Did not expect that Frigidaire would be telling me what water temperature I could be washing my clothes in. Did not expect the soap wash would not spin out completely. I use liquid fabric softener and didn't expect I would have to be on constant alert for rinse cycle. Disappointed no cycle times in manual.

Bought this to replace eight year old washer and dryer purchased new. Nothing but problems with them. This new unit cleans far better than the last set and is much more compact.

I have had this laundry centre for about a month and I have found it great so far, cleans much better than my previous front loaders, easy to use, and bigger than expected, I love it

We purchased the laundry centre in October 2023 and after 4 service calls, still malfunctioning with no help from manufacturer, warranty repair companie and/or retailer that we purchased from (Canadian Appliance Source). Very disappointed. Washer cycles spin way beyond acceptable time - should be 12-15 mins and instead ours runs over 35 mins. Washer NORMAL cycle does not take in hot water...luke warm at best. Dryer NORMAL cycle does not sense when clothes are dry and keeps running until we manually turn it off.

Easy to install as they have the wiring installed for Canadians. One plug for both washer and dryer. It fits a big wash and dryer load too and I save space with the unit. Very smart design.

We appreciate the large tub and large drying bin. We also like the fact that it runs quietly.
