Filled with water and won't start. Says it's unbalanced but it's perfectly level and nothing in it but water. Total lemon.

A nice little unit that takes up very little space. The unit is relatively quiet and has a large selection of settings. So far, so good.

I bought this dryer in April 2024 for a suite. It had light use until July 2024 and then I noticed sometimes the door open light wouldn’t turn off so despite the dryer being closed it wouldn’t turn on and dry. I contacted customer service as it’s under warranty and they sent somebody. He said it was fixed but sure enough the issue continued and we still couldn’t use it. He came back. Same situation. I called again and asked for a replacement and was told they needed to send another company to check it. I waited another week… finally the second company came and he couldn’t figure out how to fix it. He had a chat with company number one and they were both puzzled. All the while my brand new washer dryer unit is unusable. The second repair company tells me he will submit a note to Frigidaire stating the unit is not fixable and then “it’s out of my hands”. Now I sit on hold trying to get this unit replaced. I will never buy Frigidaire again. If a machine stops working 3 months after purchase it should be resolved. Now I’m being told I need to keep waiting without a dryer while they decide if they will replace it

The unit came with my home. Have used several times, both washer and dryer work well. It would be nice to add an additional rinse cycle and include in any wash cycle.

Only been using a few weeks, works good so far. Settings seem simple enough. Still find the old mechanical controls too be better.
