I bought brand new, and within 2 and a half years the washer stopped working due to a ball bearing in a transmission. The part is not sold separately from the transmission, making the repair costly and not worthwhile. Would not recommend this product.

I bought this washer dryer combo about a month ago, my old frigidaire combo lasted 17 years! So far I like my new machine, the buttons seem a little low quality. Hopefully they will hold up. The machine can handle large loads. Not as quiet as described.
