We bought the most basic model and the water sensor for the draining of the dishwasher did not work. My husband worked on this dishwasher all day and we though many towels (because water kept leaking through the door) to finally find out it was faulty. We are working with Frigidaire to rectify the problem. This is our first appliance with Frigidaire.

Je viens d’acheter ce produit et en général, j’en suis satisfaite… J’apprécie particulièrement la grande capacité de la cuve pour laver. par contre, je suis très déçu de ne pas avoir un espace pour mettre de l’assouplissant ce que je ne savais pas avant d’acheter! De plus, on peut pas faire couler l’eau pendant qu’on met les vêtements dedans c’est vraiment très contraignant … mais sinon le duo est efficace .

I bought this unit November 2021. We are a retired couple, therefore, it hasn't received alot of use. Also, we were out of town for 8 months on top of that. It is making a very large screeching sound during the rinse cycle. Do not buy.

My washer,dryer (laundry centre) is my new best friend. Love the large tub that the washer provides. The laundry centre has many settings which are a bonus.

Bought a month ago. I like how it washes however the spin cycle makes everything extremely wrinkled that the dryer sometimes doesn’t fluff out. Dryer lint screen doesn’t work great. Opening the door fluff flies everywhere. It’s all around the dryer door. I have to use a damp cloth every time.
