I bought this machine in October 2024 and not even 3 months it stopped working. Contacted customer care and it took 3 weeks to get it fixed. The technician came and they said they fixed the issue and was leaving. The did not even tried to turn on the machine to see it’s working. So when I tried to turn it on it did work. So the technician had to reopen it and fix the issue. Secondly the technician forgot to connect the drain pipe to the drain. I did not notice it and started washing clothes. It flooded my house and water seeped through the floor to the basement and poured over my furnace. I turned it off for now and I have to see it’s working. Overall my experience with Frigidaire and the service team is very poor. I would not recommend this to anyone

Bought through Costco and this laundry centre is substa larger than my previous one. The clothes come out way cleaner and dryer is awesome!minor issue with the door giving a warning to close it when the door was closed but customer service was amazing to help!

I purchased this washing center based on reviews and my research, this product works great / is very quiet/ installation was very easy/ leveling feet do the job / the one thing is the dryer vent could come out a little farther to make vent connections a little easier, your packaging could be a lot better on the corners and the top , as these are crush areas for strapping,

My last two washers were front loaders. I decided to make the change back to a top load, agitating machine. I am so happy I did. No more ripped gaskets, mouldy gaskets, smells. This machine (washer and dryer) is very, very simple to operate. It has a good capacity and I don’t have to worry about my clothing being ripped in the washer (due to overload by family members). It fits nicely into the same space as my previously stacked washer and dryer. I am no longer frustrated with the awkward offset doors (stackable but neither door could be reversed).
