The motor went out within a week, but the repair was done quickly and it works like a charm now. It clears any smoke from the cooktop and is suoer easy to clean.

This worked incredibly...for 7 months and then one day when cooking dinner the fan stopped working. To top it off, I’ve now been waiting 3+ weeks for replacement parts after having to wait 2 weeks to have the initial “repair” tell me they couldn’t do anything. It’s a great product until it stops working, but for the money spent, the fan should last multiple years before failure.

The fan motor stopped working the first time I used it. I'm still waiting for it to be replaced.

This was installed in my brand new DrHorton home, the hood motor stopped working within first week of move-in. The first day we decided to cook in the kitchen the exhaust motor did not work. During our new home walk-thru we had turned it on to test how it was working we found out that the motor makes huge noise (like a commercial level exhaust sound). This is the worst product to have in home.

This great hood. Exhaust and suction power is awesome. Look is good too. But make too much of noise, that is the only cons.

The product came with the house we purchased. It is good but I find it to be very loud even when it is at the lowest setting. The 2 stars off is for the noise. It gets really hard to hear anything else around you when it is on. On the bright side I don’t have to keep it on for very long as the suction is good and pulls away all fumes quickly.

I got it installed in my new home and something went wron gwith the motor on my first use. It hasnt worked after that. I am about to contact the customer service to come and see what happened.

Have always wanted a large exhaust fan instead of one over the microwave. It looks great and works really well. I would give it five stars, however, the motor went out after only two weeks. Frigidaire took care of it quickly, though. Service was excellent.
