I bought this fan for our new house and it works great. It moves a lot of air quickly. The only drawback is it is a little loud, but we love it.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This hood was installed by the builder in our new construction home, and it sounds like a jet engine on the lowest setting. It is virtually impossible to carry a conversation in the kitchen when it is running..on the lowest setting. I’ve lived in numerous new construction homes and have experience with many different hoods, and this is by far the worst product we’ve ever used. Don’t waste your money, but something else.

Love the hood with our gas cook top just hope it lasts. Have not had any luck with Frigidaire products.

"DON'T BUY IT" you will regret it. For what this costs, I consider that the noise of the engine is very high, in reference to the price that this product is sold and the type of promotion that your company does.

My builder installed this range 3 yrs ago. As other users mentioned; it makes lots of noise. Recently, it is not working at all. Poor quality.

This exhaust clears the air of any odors that occur during cooking. Works quickly! Easy to clean, too.

We've had this hood for over two years, so I feel qualified to review it. Looks and feels very high quality. Definitely does a good job trapping any smoke or odors from cooking. However even on low, this thing is incredibly loud. This is a huge problem because we have an open floorplan, with our kitchen, dining nook, and living room in one big space. So if I want to simmer a pot of soup and put the hood on low, the person watching TV has to turn the volume way up, and I can't have any conversations in the kitchen. I am genuinely amazed Frigidare has not come up with any solutions to this problem. I think many of us who own this hood would be happy to pay for a new motor or switch assembly that would solve this problem.
