LOUD LOUD LOUD LOUD DO NOT BUY THIS
Unfortunately I bought this hood despite the bad reviews. This is no joke. It sounds like a train at your ear level when it is on the lowest level. I say "lowest level" because it does not have a quiet level. You can't have a conversation with anyone in the room or listen to music while it is on. Don't waste your money! Move on. Buy a different hood. I can't believe Frigidaire is still selling this hood. The documentation is dated 2012.
