for a dishwasher that cost close to $1,000 i expected a lot more. it doesn't clean very well at all, most of our dishes come out with debris of some kind on them unless we just about wash them first. all of the racks have broken parts. the top rack broke so bad we had to take it out. wheels keep falling off, misc parts break and get stuck in the drain. i've had to disassemble the inside several times to clean out pieces of plastic. given the cost of the dishwasher, i would not risk buying another samsung product after this.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I purchased this dishwasher is August 2021 and so happy with how it perform. I especially love the 3 racks and the difference washing levels, normal, express 60 to help save water and most of all, I can program the dishwasher to to wash dishes in the lower rack only if I have a small amount of dishes to wash. Over all, I am completely happy with my Samsung Storm dishwasher.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I bought this a month or so ago and just had it installed. It is beautiful and soooo quiet. I'm used to the white noise (that's what I called it) of louder machines and was thrilled about how quiet this one was. I had to make sure it was running. Hands down the best dishwasher I've owned so far. Quick cycle is 1 hr and general cycle is about 3 hours (only downside). But the dishes were clean.

my dishwasher is less than two years old, and out of warranty, of course. the leak sensor is giving a warning and there is no leak.the dishwasher is inoperable because of this. the internet tells me this is a common problem with samsung dishwashers. samsung wants over $200 to repair. i have decided to throw it out and never buy another samsung product again.

I bought this appliance last month. Within 10 days of installation, I noticed the top nozzle was preventing the top rack from sliding into dishwasher. Upon further inspection, I noticed the top nozzle has two plastic clips that clip into top metal bracket. The clip had broken (see photo), lowering the upper arm nozzle. Poor quality. Parts should not be breaking so quickly on a brand new appliance.

my old ge (very old) washed better than this glasses dont sparkle. i bought because of all the fancy features....but in the end doesn't to the job right,,,tried cleaning it and everything still not as good as my old washer

we were very happy with this product at first, it was very quiet. but we used it very few times within the year the warranty lasted and mostly on the normal cycle, didn’t even get to try the storm wash cycle. and even though we used it very rarely it stopped working 2 months after the warranty expired. we tried all the troubleshooting techniques we found in the website and you tube, nothing worked. samsung offered to repair at a cost since it is out of warranty but for such a product it’s unfortunate to break so soon.

unless you want to have to use powertools to clean the dishwasher filter, this unit is not for you. my dishes come out filthy unless i hire someone to come out every couple of months to remove the 13 screws necessary to clean the filter. as i am an older widow without a great deal of knowledge on power tools, i'm stuck with a product that costs me more to use than to buy. stay away.

had other samsung products was looking forward to new dishwasher. while it was very quiet and i appreciated this no matter how i loaded it short of washing the dishes before it did not clean. i used all the suggested products, cascade, the rinse products loaded it every which way i still ended up washing dishes!!! i give up and am getting a different product!
