I purchased this dishwasher one week ago and had it installed 3 days ago. I have used it for 3 days, followed the use and loading instructions in the manuel and have been very disappointed with its performance everyday. It does a decent job cleaning the dishes, even when I do not pre-rinse the dishes. However, it does not dry the dishes. Flatware, pots, plates, bowls, glasses and cups are covered with water. It does not matter if the cup has a lip on it because the inside of the cup is wet. I tried using the Sanitize option per instructions; the dishes still retained water. I purchased this dishwasher to replace an old GE dishwasher installed in 2004. The Samsung dishwasher did not perform better than the GE.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Had a great dashwasher, but they dont last forever, decided to go with a Samsung due to its name, big mistake. The first one had constant error codes and the repair man was at our house daily to the point where he took it to his shop and marked it as unusable. Samsung went good for a replacement one but now after a month of use the very same error codes are returning. I just want this pile of crap out of my house. Please dont buy it.

We have been loyal Samsung customers for longer than I can remember. Most of our appliances and all devices are Samsung products. We purchased this dishwasher in October 2019 and are deeply disappointed. This dishwasher simply does not clean the dishes. We encountered issues almost from the beginning with dishes being more dirty at the end of a wash cycle than when they went in the dishwasher. We encounter more issues on the top rack. We have referred to the user manual for assistance and followed all recommended steps. This model does not have a clean out filter. We have reached the point where we fully rinse all dishes and cutlery before we run the dishwasher. The attached pictures show the end result of two items which went in the dishwasher fully rinsed. I have placed a service call and repeatedly explained all of the steps we've taken to resolve to only have the representative blame me for the issues. He only agreed to place the service call after I became upset. The second issue we've encountered is the plastic on the bottom rack either melted or cracked and it has resulted in the metal underneath bulging out and turning rusty. This occurred in an out of the way area removing the possibility of something sharp cutting the plastic. The rack is not covered by warranty and we will need to pay for a new one if we choose to replace it. We bought this dishwasher out of loyalty to Samsung and now I'm kicking myself. I should have purchased the Bosch.

We bought this dishwasher to go into our new home. We bought all new Samsung appliances and we are super happy with them all with the exception of the dishwasher. We have not had one full clean load out of it yet. Very disappointed. We have had the tech come in but have not had a resolution as of yet. I will not be purchasing this dishwasher again.

What a disappointment. Don’t buy / save you’re money. Rarely cleans too rack items. Definitely not glass. Have to rinse a lot off after washed. Grim sticks to the bottom and have to clean everyone. Plastic racks area already wearing and breaking. Wish I had to replace this junk.

We have had this dishwasher about 4 months and it is the most disappointing dishwasher we have ever owned in 25 years. I bought Samsung as they are are renowned brand and I have been very happy with other Samsung purchases but this product doesn’t meet the expectations. The main issue is the amount of items that come out dirty. Most washes leave dirty cups and glasses, they come out dirtier than when they went in with a ‘gritty’ residue left on the inside. We rinse all of our dishes/pots/pans before we stack the dishwasher but it doesn’t help. I would say 25% of the middle rack is unusable, in particular the front corners. The design of the bottom tray is also awkwardly designed, the front prongs and the back prongs are opposite directions so if you have something a bit larger that needs to span across both sets, it won’t! I gave it a 2 star as it plays a nice tune to let us know when it is finished.

Waited 4 months for this dishwasher to come in, received and installed it two days ago, tonight, it just stopped during a cycle, and can’t turn it back on. Chatted with Samsung, thye refered me back to place of purchase who in turn tried to refer me back to Samsung. I pushed back and now they’re supposed to call me back in the morning. Will see what happens next, but at this point, not very impressed with the product.

Part was damaged when it arrived. Samsung support is giving me the run around and not responding. 3 months no solution. I'll have to return it to Costco. What a waste of time.

Bought an appliance package 2 months ago. The dishwasher is awful. 3rd rack is almost useless as nothing gets clean up there. None of my dishes come out clean. I've tried to separate my bowls more, practically hand washing everything before they go in, changed detergent. Even food spackle ends up on the door when the cycle is finished. t's no use. I got rid of a perfectly good 18 year old GE that cleaned my dishes for this? Unsatisfied Samsung.
