I bought an entire kitchen set through Appliance Connection. While I love the Black SS, and the design, not even a month after we got it I have had to schedule service because it stopped working mid cycle and won't power on at all. We have also had an issue with our dinner plates being to high and the spinner gets caught on them which I believe contributes to it not cleaning super great. It is quiet, dry okay....still have to towel dry cups. I have noticed the Stormwash line seems to have a common problem of powering down. Hopefully Samsung will rectify the situation. Item delivered 01/2020. It's 2-14-2020 :(

I bought this dishwasher along with Samsung fridge and stove. Dishwasher is a joke when you have to wash everything by hand after the fact. Samsung's blanket response was to spend more money to get it fixed!! No mention of warranty or guarantee!! Ill spend more money for a competitors brand.

DO NOT BUY THIS Dishwasher unless you enjoy drying off every plate, bowl, glass and piece if cutlery after it's done with cup towel. Wishing my Kenmore dishwasher back. DO NOT BUY....Samsung stick to the phones.

Absolutely terrible. - does not wash. Full cycle on storm and high heat everything maxed out and still can’t remove basic grease. We have to fully wash the dishes and cutlery before putting it in this thing and it still gives a mediocre wash. - loud - the top rack is adjustable for wine glasses but then the large plates below don’t fit. - plastics are cheap. The hinged doors on the cutlery boxes can’t be opened or they hit the inside seal of the washer. - unreliable. Popped out the soap tab and stuck to the glass in front and it’s like water never touched it. It turned on. Sounded like water was running. Didn’t wash a single dish. We came from an 11 year old Bosch that did an amazing job until it sprung a leak. I’ve had old portable apartment washers that did a better job than this. Once we save up some money we will be getting a new one. This is complete garbage and I’d rather wash by hand.

I bought a completed 5 piece Samsung kitchen at Best Buy approximately 6 weeks ago. We just got the dishwasher Model DW80R5061US installed and running 1 week ago and are not satisfied at all. Standard Dinner plates are too tall and get hit by the rotating sprayer. Dishes don’t come out clean. I’ve had the same plates for many years, they are not oversized and there’s no reason for this. Will be seeking a different model or a refund.

I bought a new house and back in December I bought this dishwasher from Leon's and had it delivered in May when I moved into my new house. It says storm wash I dont have to rinse dishes but I end up having to clean some dishes after running the cycle. I would never buy Samsung again.

I'm a Samsung fan. I have the phone, watch, washing/dryer machine AND refrigerator. So when it was time to replace our dishwasher, we decided to go with a brand we like. *sigh* I DO like the drying technique so that my plastic containers aren't damaged. But this dishwasher does not clean the dishes (even after following the recommendations from Samsung) AND the machine itself stays dirty. We have rust or something on the inside door and have to clean it after washes. It's still under warranty and I think we're going to return it. It's too much money to spend and I still have to wash the dishes afterwards.

I bought my dishwasher from the brick and now it leaking g all over my kitchen and no one will help me to fix the issue or even look at the dishwasher

I had earlier posted a review with 1 star rating reporting an error code OC right after installing the dishwasher. I take back my review. My problem has been sorted out and my very first experience on using the dishwasher was that it was so quiet in operation. Nice looks. Again I take back my 1 star review due to the OC code and there is a good reason such codes have been kept. It helped me a lot and the issue has been sorted out. The dishwasher is great.
