I bought this a month ago and love it. It pops open prior to the cycle finishing to help cool the dishes and utensils. Everything comes out crystal clean in one cycle, either on a rapid or heavy clean. I never lived this type of appliance as I do this one.

i purchased this dishwasher as part of an entire kitchen appliance upgrade. this dishwasher is attractive in appearance and the buttons on top of the door are a nice feature. initially, the dishwasher worked well. however, about a month or two after the warranty expired, i woke up one morning to an error code. apparently the dishwasher had a leak somewhere - over $600 to fix. if i would have known it would have cost that much to repair, i probably would have purchased a new one. consider getting an extended warranty on this item.

WE LOVE THE SAMSUNG DISHWASHER!!! Have had GE for 45 years, was hesitant to change, but glad I did! Samsung are the only makers of a warm Tuscan Bronze color, very unique, looks beautiful with wood cabinets!!! After reading some of the reviews, I think most of the issues are easily fixed if you read the instructions carefully. After an error code, I figured out you really have to push the middle drawer in all the way it's like a suction, if you pull back just a little you'll feel the suction. Absolutely love the upper cutlery rack!!! No fuss of trying to place utensils, I haven't even used the baskets, leaves alot more room in the bottom for large items. Also, they recommend the pods, I use the ones with oxy and liquid detergent, but YOU MUST USE A LIQUID RINSE! I NEVER RINSE as I always have in the past, dishes are sparkly clean, no spots or residue! We bought the microwave about 6 months ago and love it too, we'll be ordering the range and refrigerator too!

The quietest dishwasher ever owned. The wife loves all of the features. I love the fact that you can have a conversation right in front of it and wonder if it's even running. A 10 out of 10 from this consumer.

Honestly by far the best dishwasher ever. My favorite feature is the dry cycle when the door opens the last couple mins to properly dry.

Our dishwasher was installed already damaged. We called Samsung and they sent out a services but they said the damage voided our warranty. However this is how we received our appliance. The appliance makes a very loud noise when washing even though it is supposed to be a quiet wash. We have purchased many Samsung appliances and feel like we have been overlooked on this issue.

When I run my dishwasher it’s very quiet. I like that it pops open at the end of the cycle so it dries better. The very top tray is very convenient for knives and small items. The top shelf also can.be lowered. Love this dishwasher!
