No issues since purchasing it. It fit like a glove into the existing space. I just wish the user manual was more detailed on how to setup all the options, but it was intuitive enough that we were able to quickly figure out what the manual was lacking. We did laugh a lot reading several of the 2 star and below reviews. It's a microwave, you have to be in front of it to open and close the door, why would it need a feature for you to be able to give it voice commands???

It is Quiet, Exhaust fan has 4 speeds, most other features function well. When using "Kitchen Timer", only light and exhaust fan can be used. Why have a timer?

Samsung appliances are HORRIBLE and Samsung refuses to stand by them, even under warranty. This microwave stopped working in 5 days. The letter and numbering on the stove that I bought with this microwave have come off and the knobs are peeling. Samsung acknowledges that it was a defect but refused to fix it because they deemed it cosmetic. Plus, they give you the run around when you contact them. Save yourself the headache and buy something else.

I bought this in December of 2020. We didn’t get it delivered until June of 2021. I am pretty much satisfied with it. I miss the fact that it doesn’t have a night light like my old microwave that you could set to go off and on at a certain time.

We've had this microwave for a couple months now and it works great. Heats/cooks food well. The only complaint I have is it doesn't keep time. You set the clock and within a day it shows behind time. It does have an eco feature that allows the clock to be turned off, so that is my remedy. Otherwise, the microwave and all it functions are great!
