We bought this and installed it as soon as we moved into out. We house. Had to reconfigure the kitchen to make sure it fit because they didn’t have one previously. This thing works great. A lot of presets like melt/soften potatoes etc.

We purchased to replace microwave that was only about 2 years old(Whirlpool)I am hoping this will last longer since we have a stove and dishwasher both Samsung.

when i gave this samsung microwave a 1-star rating, the pop-up said you "would like to make it right" so i tried the chat to see. after wasting an hour, apparently that's not possible because it only had a 1yr warranty?! the door latch has broken and does not shut completely so it does not operate any more. it's a good safety measure, but this shouldn't happen on a microwave this young. it's apparently made of cheap materials that don't hold up. i will not be buying another samsung appliance.

First one arrived damaged and was replaced with no issues, although it took 3 weeks. So far it works great. We I wouldn't consider it an upgrade over the Maytag it replaced(for cosmetic reasons), but it does match perfect with the other Samsung appliances which was the goal. All the functions work fine but you still have to be careful with the popcorn.
