The light is supposed to have bright and dim setting. It is only bright, off, and off. The sound on the beep is so low that you can barely hear it even when standing next to it, let alone when the fan is on. If I had been able to see these flaws in the store, I would not have purchased it. Also the maunal is lacking direction on how best to utilyze the other microwave features.

we purchased this microwave about a year ago, and i was very excited when we purchased it, it looks great and is powerful and easy to use. one huge issue with it, if you are using the timer to time something, you can't start the microwave up to cook, and if you are cooking, you cannot start a timer. you read that right, the timer and microwave functionality cannot run at the same time. i have a 20+ yr old tabletop microwave that is capable of this, why not this unit?!? we never even thought to ask the sales person at the store about this, and i told them they probably wouldn't believe me. all the fancy sensors, but these features cant coexist?
