bought this just a few years ago (and i barely use it) and all of a sudden the heating element no longer works. service call is $150 - lol. when i spend $350 on a microwave i expect it to work for more than 24 months. do not recommend.

I bought this about 3 months now for my sister as a gift. She loves it and has no problems. It was a little confusing ar first on set up but that worked out and she has no complaints. It's beautiful and big, simple commands and made well.

Bought this unit for my new kitchen. It looks great and fits perfectly into my cabinet built for it. Also does a great job in heating food fast.

I came down in scale from an all singing and dancing combination microwave and saved $300 in doing so. This is more cheaply built but still heats the food quickly and evenly. Using the sensor to heat/cook food works great. I just wish that the codes for reheating food were a little more intuitive. Overall summary: a recommended purchase

Everything else about the microwave is great except it’s very loud when you turn on the fan.

I like the size and appearance of my new microwave. If I had any suggestion, it would be for a lighted control panel for those of us who are getting up in the years. Otherwise, it is great; it has lots of features that I did not have before.

I bought this microwave in 2020 and it has worked very well up to now. Cleaning is a breeze, heating frozen entrees is quick and on point. Best buy in a long while.
