We bought this set from our small town appliance retailer. The price was fair and the machine runs really well. There's nothing complicated about it. The set is perfect for our small space home. Was easy to install and a lot less hassle than front loading washer.

I bought this a month ago and have finally got it up and running with the exception of missing hoses/tubing. Although the instructions tell you what you need unfortunately you will not know until it is delivered. The washer/dryer should include all hoses and such to be connect ready.

Bought this as I needed a laundry room on main level of my home,it is very quiet,the wash tub is very large can’t reach the bottom have to us a reach stick, having a hard time understanding the fill level when I want a full water level it adjusts as the amount of laundry in washer so ai don’t get full to the top.

We recently purchased a new washer dryer stacker and it is great! Both have large drums. The washer does a great job of cleaning and the dryer does bunch up the clothes like our old one did. Very happy with our purchase!

Our old Frigidaire stacker washer/dryer finally needed to be replaced after about 30 years. This brand lasts a long time, and we were happy to stick with the same brand for that reason. The new one has so many cycle options for washing and drying. I also love that it tells you when it's done (multiple times), so you don't forget to switch into the dryer or take out the dryer.

Constant problem with washer. If your load gets off centered it won’t spin well even if you even it out. Crap!

The dryer broke down at the 3rd load. The "Clint Lint Filter" came on and stopped the dryer no matter what drying setting was. The dryer stopped at its own will randomly between around 20 seconds to 2 minutes or so. The lint filter was cleaned thoroughly after each load. The worst thing is the error light cannot be ignored as it triggers the shutdown of the dryer. The owner manual was consulted and nothing could be done. The call centre was eventually approached and I requested to have the machine replaced. I was told that a local authorized repair centre must conduct an investigation and repair prior to any decision can be made. A technician came a week later and provided inspection to the installation and tested the machine thoroughly but nothing could be done. A new dryer circuit board replacement was ordered and a new service visit will be performed upon the receipt of the new circuit board. One week has gone by and still waiting. In the meantime, I have no dryer to use, very inconvenient. It is the worst experience in my life buying a pair of washer and dryer. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE AND SAVE YOUR REGRETS !!! *** "NEGATIVE 5 Star Overall Rating" ***

Beautiful upgrade from my 2006 Frigidaire, bigger tub too! I like the sound that cycles are complete so much better than previous, sounds like microwave versus a Family Feud loud wrong answer buzz whew! One strange sound at beginning of wash cycle when tub fills, there's 6 or 7 loud water bangs each time on the water pressure, not thrilled, must call to find out why
