I have never had such an inefficient washer and dryer. They are both ruining my clothes with the vast amount of lint that they produce! I have tried everything the guide suggests to limit lint but nothing works. We have to vacuum out the lint dispenser area and inside the door every week. I also have a duster that I use to clean the inside of the dryer after every use! The only reason we bought it was because our laundry area has limited space. It really is the worst washer and dryer I have ever had and I've had a few!

I am in total shock! After 6 weeks, a technician finally came to look at my brand new machine. The previous technician said the problem was the "main board". But the technician who came today, says he knows the model very well, tells me that the machine does NOT wash with Hot Water. It doesn't matter what setting you use, no hot water. Also, the water level is so minimal. My sheets do not come out clean. I have never in 60 years of doing laundry heard of a machine that does not wash with HOT WATER!!

I bought the newest model of the same type I previously owned for many years. This model performed beyond expectations with improvements over the older model in terms of extra features. The size is perfect for a smaller footprint but the volume it can handle is very impressive for its size.
