Purchased a month ago and love it! Great for small space where you don't want a lot of wires or big black box showing. Only challange has been in setting~up voice control and the annoying ads that i cannot seem to turn off .

I didn't buy a TV so I could be stuck with ads. Genius moneymaker for manufacturers, but I didn't notice a price decrease in exchange for putting up with them. Software performance is lacking. Netflix, Plex - both work far better using a $50 Amazon Firestick. On the upside, great picture and sound from this unit.

We paid much more money than the same size regular QLED 4K TV to purchase The Frame to frame our own photos. But Samsung only offer one matte (shadowbox), which make your frame looks like fake one. And you are unable to get rid of the matte to make a full screen for your own photos. Also Samsung does not give you enough memory space for your high quality photos. The maximum space is only 500mb totally. You are not allowed to increase memory space by using external memory cards. If Samsung does not update its software, add more matte and increase memory, the frame has no meaning and value for people who like to display your own photos.

No matter how many times to try to use exact 16x9 aspect ratio photos to upload to the frame TV, we never get the selection of matters, just one shadowbox mat only, which makes the frame fake. We reset the TV to factory setting, nothing is changed. We report the issue to Samsung again and again, there is no responses. We believe some the frame TV has no such the function to select matte, though we are told it has the function. So, the so-called frame TV has no value for us. It is so disappointed.
