I bought two of these to swap out old TVs in my house- one slightly bigger than the other. One has been working great from day one, but the smaller one had to go back, it didn't work from day one, kept turning off. Best Buy / Samsung replaced it free of charge no hassles, so that was great. The second one came in and is working great. I'm only 4-5 weeks in with these TVs so I'm going to review them again in 2. years. Best buy did say to get the WARRANTY - because if something goes wrong with this TV in a year then you can't do much without the warranty. After the issue I had with the very first one, I coughed up and bough the very expensive warranty. I was not happy about that, but the thought of one of these TVs just malfunctioning in 3 years doesn't make me happy to worry about either. SO. that's that from me... I really like how it looks, and saves me a ton of space (just hung it on the wall - got rid of my entire TV unit!!! so awesome...) and the apps are dead easy - I have no more external Apple TV boxes etc etc. I live in a small house so that was really important for me! I like to see tech developments that thin down the cords and give space back. Less jumble of wired, less crap in the corners of the house. Looks nice!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Such a great tv. Does all the things a normal smart tv can do but the frame features really add flare to a room.

We watch a lot of TV but love our home to look stylish and this TV ticks both boxes…nothing worse than a big black box being the focal point of your living room. Adding pictures and art work is so easy by using the ap on any device and I love being able to change the art to fun pics or colours to suit your mood that we would never spend to buy in an ‘old fashioned framed art piece’. Picture quality and sound as a TV is great as well!!. Also love love love being able to add coloured bezels so easily. There is a cool feature of being able to change the look of any picture to art (I attached a pic I took with my phone in Mexico and with one click changed that pic to looks like art). My complaints are; 1) For the Bezels; I just wish they weren’t so expensive which I don’t think its necessary to cost $200 (CAD) for 4 piece of thin painted metal. 2) I wish there was more colour options of frames to add to a picture or art but I hope that can change with an update. Noteworthy - having Samsung TV chancels for free was a nice bonus we didn’t know it came with.
