I purchased 50 inch The Frame TV and am very pleased ! I was able to find free beautiful art work . There is enough free art I will not have to buy an art subscription. The TV was easy to set up, easy to use ! Samsung customer service was exceptional .
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

The tv is excellent quality but I purchased it partly because of the free art feature. I don’t want or like the free art you offer, so resent having to pay for it since my daughter got hers free. Also having to pay 300.00 for the frame for a tv called the frame is also a giant rip off.

I bought The Frame almost a year ago. I wanted it more than anything because of the worldwide art collection in slideshow on my wall. While that’s be both better than expected (and has some glitches) I’m really impressed by the picture and sound quality. The depth of the images and their clarity is breathtaking. The sound is first class even without any add ons. There are a couple of caveats which prevented me from giving it 5 stars. The first is that it really needs a professional installer to do a proper job. This isn’t overly expensive but the nature of the equipment really requires it. I love the way it looks because of the pro installation, but it’s an added cost lots of other TVs don’t have. Second is the management system for the Art Collection. While eventually you get what you want and it works, it’s a lot of hit and miss and it’s not obvious. Third, while the Art Collection should automatically kick in when you walk in the room, it usually require either that I turn the thing on, or that I go through an elaborate series of nonsensical steps with the clicker for it to proceed past the first piece of artwork. Then once it’s going it’ll work fine for a while then get stuck on another piece of art and need prompting to proceed. I don’t mind doing this, but it’s a bit annoying that I have to. Fourth, there needs to be a larger selection of artwork to choose from. Don’t get me wrong. The Art I have (120 pieces) is gorgeous and there are lots of options for displaying it, but it seems to lean heavily to French Impressionists (particularly Van Gogh) and whacky overly brightly coloured modern fantasy stuff that’s childish. Besides a greater selection, having new stuff more frequently would be nice. I’m really pleased with this TV and it’s unique access to the world of art. These are only suggestions for inprovement.

Since buying my 55" frame TV my remote will not take the volume down to zero and some times I have to turn the volume up to just about the highest setting to hear it well. If you go wireless like Netflix it can drive you nuts. I've owned this tv about a year. I think I should have saved a heck of a lot of money and bought a RCA

The TV is OK. I would only suggest buying this TV if you like and need Frame design. Picture quality is OK, but you can get better for the same price. I was impressed by the sound quality of a built-in speakers, especially because the TV is very thin. Software is buggy and there were no updates. The worst part is the service you get from Samsung: After several months of use some vertical lines appeared on the panel of my TV. Samsung acknowledged the problem and send representatives to replace the panel under the warranty. Even though this TV comes with the wall-mount in the box, technicians refused to service my TV unless I sign the waiver (please see copy attached). Why should I do it? I brought this problem to attention of Samsung Canada employees, but they do not care.

I purchased this TV just over one year ago, looks great, love the slim profile and picture quality is impressive. Not impressive is that all of the HDMI ports no longer work and it happened one month after the warranty expired. For the price of the TV this was/is upsetting. I called Samsung but no help. I have to pay for external support.

I bought this 2021 The Frame tv with a soundbar HW-Q60T, just because of the feature Q-symphony that both devices offer. This option is on the website and before buying them I ask in the chat several times if this is compatible with the feature and the answer was always YES, but that is not true! spend almost 3000 CAD to get this since I am a big fan of the brand, and everything at home is Samsung, but end up that there is no option, the TV is not what I was expecting in the image quality and after trying for 10 times the chat and get not help lady try the best but in the middle of the conversation, as usual, left the room and again need to start over. at this point, I decided to start the process to return the items. I would love anyone to get in touch with me and help with my return and at least reply to any of my issues. Extremely poor customer service.
