Purchase this TV 3 weeks ago it was easy to install looks amazing on the wall at has a great picture and the Art Mode is Agreat feature

This is a terrible tv. What none of the pictures show is that it is wired to a large box. So the wires and the. I’d are externally displayed. Which frankly defeats the entire purpose of it looking like art. Massive disappointment. Have returned this product.

I have 3 Frame TV ( 65" 55" 43" ) It is absolutely amazing, not sure where those negative comment comes from? Clearly they just dont get it lol... Someone even complaint about having to sign into Samsung account to download features...... every tech device requires an account to secure your connection, customizations, auto updates......, no different from Apple to all others. If one is so worry about their info then they should live off grid.

The tv is gorgeous, the quality is wonderful. The added frame really pulls it together to make this a worthwhile purchase.

Perfect TV for our setting. But the UI has ways to go or should just use android OS. Having periodic issues with freezing once going into sleep mode. The motion detector slips have better range. But it may also be causing this software hang up so I’ve stopped using it

This television looks great on the wall. Panel is shiny but also very reflective to light. Unfortunately where this television fails, and fails miserably is the viewing angle. Anything over 20 degrees from your viewing angle becomes washed out. Colors will look faded. Blacks looks washed out and grayish. How can Samsung put such a cheap panel on a high end television let alone something that is supposed to look like a picture frame? Such a limited viewing angle basically means that anyone who is not sitting directly in the center of the screen will experience a washed out image on the opposite edge of the screen! I seriously miss the days of the Sharp Aquos television that had an 180 degrees of viewing angles! Now we are limited to just 40 degrees with this TV set. Wow!

Wow, le produit final est meilleur qu’une télévision à écran plate traditionnelle. Je suis vraiment heureux de mon choix. L’installation était facile, le rack est inclus avec les vis etc...

I bought the 55 inch Frame Tv from Samsung thinking if anything should go wrong the service would be wonderful. I was beyond wrong. The tv when installed had issues from day one (issue being it wouldn’t connect to the wifi). After three in house service calls and numerous hours spent trying to find someone via call support or text support to help rectify the situation the tv was repaired. But bottom line a tv costing this much should work out of the box. And second you would think a company like Samsung would have excellent customer service care. The service call team on the phone was the worst, practically in tears trying to deal with them. Seriously don’t but this product. And if you still want to buy it from Costco or Best Buy, maybe their customer service would be better.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
