This TV is excellent for people who hate the look of televisions. It features a beautiful design that, when off, turns into a beautiful piece of art.Picture quality is excellent, As is the functionality of the smart user interface. Overall, I recommend this TV for anyone who wants the television in their sitting room that doesn't call attention to itself. Great job Samsung!

We are very happy with the purchase of our frame TV, excellent picture and sound, looks even more amazing in art mode! Installation was a breeze with the no gap wall mount and one connect box.

Just got my Frame tv. The installation sheet shows the bracket that connects the tv to the wall mount plate comes with 4 screws. It is clearly marked on the sheet. There are no screws. so I called - I was told the screws didn't come with the TV even though they are listed as being in the box Item #B1. When I said that it was listed in the mounting guide I was told with attitude and a sigh that the screws don't come with the tv. I am confused as to why some screws are included but not the screws needed that go into the tv. On Samsung US it even shows that these screws are to be included. Unbelievable. Back to the store it goes.

I am new to smart tvs. I have been enjoying discovering the many features this tv has. I particularly like the home network connectivity and ability to sync with my phone and laptop. The artwork feature is fun. I have tried a few types of artwork. I live in a small space so not having a big black hole in the centre of my space is greatly appreciated. I have been looking up some of the art and learning a bit. Speaker quality is not great. A sound bar or home theater setup is recommended.

Upgraded to the 4K and love it! I do subscribe to the Art Store and enjoy being able to rotate through different mediums and artists! I would love to access more artworks specific to holidays - for example Halloween or Christmas.

HDMI inputs don't work and repair attempts have been unsuccessful. I was told that I would be contacted about a solution and I haven't heard anything for two months ("you'll be contacted as soon as possible"). Samsung, before you respond with solutions to try, I've tried everything already with your techs over the phone and the One Connect box has been replaced twice and nothing works. Just contact me and replace the thing!

Great TV. New smart features are a big improvment over the 2012 UN46ES8000F (also had the SEK-2000 which evolved the ES to 2014 smart features). I would tell anyone to try Samsung.
