We bought this TV a year ago and love it. The ability to keep it on the wall as art is a bonus

we bought the frame last year, the capacitor caught fire within the first month we had the tv, luckily we were home to catch it in time or else it would have caught the house on fire, the room filled with smoke in a matter of seconds. samsung did exchange the tv however it took months and they were willing to restart the warranty, it was still based on the original purchase date of the one the caught fire, still waiting on money for the house damages as. no issues with the second tv but overall a scary and disappointing experience

I had to restart and redo my tv at which time I ended up with a US acct instead of Canadian and My art subscription was gone as well as My Collection and personal photos. I have phoned and sent emails and been told specialists are looking into it after two weeks of nothing I am still trying to get specialists attain Been over a month with no Art feature Other than this problem I really like the tv

Great tv. The ability to upload pictures and use when tv is off is amazing. I purchased the clip in frame and once I select matte around the photo, it looks like a framed picture. The picture quality is excellent as is the sound. Very happy with tv, have had for about a year now

Great looking - easy to install and looks good on the wall - It does turn off and a message indicating that the power source needs to be checked.. keep checking and keeps turning off....

Had the 55" version of this TV for a few months now. Our visitors are always impressed with the sleek mounting and the cool Art features. Maybe a bit too many gadgets built in to figure out, but all in all a really nice TV
